At Señor Blue, we aim to provide high-quality experiences and fair, transparent policies. Because we offer services (boat rentals and trips), this policy is based on refunds, not physical returns.


🗓️ Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your reservation under the following terms:

✅ Full Refund

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date.
  • Cancellations due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other force majeure on our part.

🕒 Partial Refund/Online Deposit (50%)

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled departure date.

❌ No Refund

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip.
  • No-shows on the day of the booking.
  • If you choose to end the trip early without valid reason.

⚠️ Weather-Related Cancellations

In case of severe weather or unsafe sea conditions, Señor Blue reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule your trip
  • Offer you an alternative experience
  • Or provide a 100% refund

Our team has final authority to cancel or postpone trips due to safety concerns.


🔁 Booking Changes

If you need to reschedule your trip:

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes with no extra charge, if made at least 72 hours in advance and subject to availability.

💳 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact us at senorbluekos@gmail.com.

  • Refunds apply only to direct bookings through our website or official channels.
  • Third-party or partner platform bookings are subject to their individual policies.
