Operating Hours: Boats must be picked up and returned within our designated operating hours.
Experience Requirement: Renters without a boating license may still rent select boats if they demonstrate sufficient experience operating a vessel.
Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 18 years old and present a valid ID or passport.
Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required at the start of the rental and will be returned upon inspection of the boat.
Damage Responsibility: Renters are responsible for any damages caused during the rental period. Insurance options are available.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund; later cancellations may incur fees.
