1. Bookings
- Bookings can be made via our website, email, phone, or in person.
- Availability is not guaranteed until you receive a written confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of bad weather, mechanical issues, or force majeure. In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
2. Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7+ days before the scheduled trip: Full refund
- Cancellations made 3–6 days prior: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure or no-show: No refund
- If we cancel due to weather or safety issues: Full refund or alternative date offered
3. Client Responsibility
- You must provide accurate information when booking.
- All passengers must follow the safety instructions provided by the captain or crew.
- Inappropriate behavior, alcohol abuse, or non-compliance may result in the termination of the trip without a refund.
4. Liability
- Señor Blue is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage unless due to negligence.
- Personal belongings are your responsibility during the trip.
5. Weather Conditions
- Boat trips are subject to weather conditions. Your safety is our priority, and we may reschedule or cancel if necessary.
